The Custom Design Process

Our custom jewelry design process is collaborative, detailed, and always tailored to your comfort level:

  1. Initial Consultation (Free & No Obligation)
    We'll discuss your ideas, preferences, and budget, review photos or inspirations, and explore sample styles and stones.

  2. Concept & Visualization
    When appropriate, we create a Computer-Assisted Design (CAD) to provide a 3D rendering of your piece. You’ll be able to view it from every angle and make changes as needed—at no cost.

  3. Quote & Deposit
    Once you approve the design and are ready to move forward, a 50% nonrefundable deposit initiates production. The remaining balance is due upon completion and delivery.

What Can Be Customized?

We can start from scratch or work with:

  • Photos, sketches, or Pinterest boards

  • Existing or heirloom jewelry in need of redesign

  • Loose stones or repurposed metals

  • Inspiration from items in our store or collection

Together, we can explore different shapes, colors, settings, and styles in person. We’re happy to accommodate out-of-town clients, too—many of our custom projects are managed remotely.
