In-House Watch Services

Our team can perform a variety of basic watch repairs on-site, including:

• Battery Replacement
  We replace most standard watch batteries in-house. However, high-end brands such as Rolex, Tag Heuer, and watches with water resistance over 100 meters require specialized handling and are sent to our expert watchmaker.

• Bracelet Link Adjustments
  Need links added or removed? We’re happy to adjust your bracelet or strap in-store on select models. Certain watches must be sent to our watchmaker for link adjustments.

Off-Site Expert Watch Repairs

For more advanced repairs, we work with a master watchmaker who handles sophisticated services off-site. Please note that depending on part availability, turnaround times can vary. If your watch repair is time-sensitive, we may not be the best fit.

Services performed off-site include:

• Watch tune-ups and internal cleaning

• Gasket and spring bar replacement

• Bracelet polishing and ultrasonic cleaning

• Stem and crown repair or replacement

• Crystal replacement

• Dial refinishing

• Full watch overhaul and restoration
