Our Repair Process
When you bring your item in for repair, we:
-
Photograph the piece
-
Provide a detailed receipt that includes the photo, description, and work to be performed
-
Can offer a repair estimate before the job begins, upon request
Our jeweler specializes in working with precious metals like gold, platinum, and silver, as well as precious and semi-precious gemstones. While we typically cannot repair costume jewelry or pieces made of base metals, local customers are welcome to bring them in for evaluation.

**About Pearl & Bead Restringing
Pearl and bead restringing is priced by the inch. Please note: if your knotted pearls are stretched out with visible spacing, the newly restrung strand will be tighter and shorter. While the number of pearls remains the same, the strand may shorten by ½ inch to 2 inches, depending on the looseness of the original knots and number of pearls.
We are honored to care for your treasured pieces. Turnaround times and estimates vary based on the complexity of the repair. For full details on our repair terms and policies, click here.
