Refund policy

In-Store Purchases
We accept returns or exchanges on eligible in-store purchases within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in original, unworn condition. Custom, altered, or final sale items are not eligible for return. 

Credits or refunds will be issued in accordance with the original method of payment within 10 days. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If purchased with credit card, there will be a 2% handling fee deducted from the original amount. 

Online Purchases
Due to the unique and delicate nature of our fine jewelry, we offer a 7-day return window for online orders, beginning on the day your package is marked as delivered. All returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact us within 7 days to request a return authorization. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition, with all original packaging and documentation.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Jewelry is inherently delicate and can be affected over time by regular use, environmental exposure, and individual wear habits. Issues such as loose or lost stones, cracked gemstones, worn prongs, thinning metal, or chain breakage are considered normal wear and tear.

Reliable Gold is not responsible for damage that occurs after purchase as a result of such wear, and returns or refunds cannot be issued for items that have been worn or altered after leaving our store.

We strongly recommend periodic maintenance to preserve the longevity of your jewelry.

How to Initiate a Return (Online Orders Only)
To initiate a return, please email us at sarah@reliablegold.com with a photo of your receipt and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
