Special Orders & Custom Design Policy

Special orders and custom-designed items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.

All special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time the order is placed. This deposit covers the cost of materials, labor, and vendor commitments made on your behalf.

Viewing Appointments for Ordered Items

When Reliable Gold places an order for an item at your request for viewing, a $35 shipping deposit is required. This deposit is fully refundable when you attend your scheduled appointment to view the item—regardless of whether you choose to make a purchase.

Failure to keep your appointment without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
