Shipping Policy

We offer shipping for items purchased both in-store and online. All jewelry is shipped fully insured and requires an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.

Shipping Methods

We primarily ship via USPS, with UPS rates available upon request.
Shipping is available to U.S. addresses only.

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and cleared.
Custom or altered items may require additional processing time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard delivery generally takes 2–5 business days, depending on location and shipping method.
Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Signature Requirement

All jewelry shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a shipping address where someone will be available to sign.
Missed deliveries or return-to-sender fees due to unavailability may result in delays or additional charges.

Liability

Once a package has been shipped and tracking information provided, we are not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or damage caused in transit.
All packages are insured for the full value of the item(s) shipped.
