Jewelry Repair Policy

Reliable Gold provides repair services with the utmost care and expertise. However, all repair work is performed at the customer’s risk.

We accept no responsibility for the condition or identification of items upon receipt, including but not limited to stone or metal authenticity, previous alterations, or preexisting damage.

Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for damage resulting from any of the following:

  • Unstable or unknown enhancement processes

  • Heat-sensitive, treated, fractured, fragile, or chipped stones

  • Lightweight or delicate mountings

  • Excessively worn or poorly manufactured pieces

  • Prior work completed by another jeweler

  • Sizing outside of the recommended range for a given ring

Repair Timeframe

Typical turnaround time is 1–3 weeks from the date of customer approval. Additional time may be required for complex work, special orders, or high-demand periods.
We will make every effort to accommodate rush requests, but cannot guarantee expedited service.

Unclaimed Repairs

Reliable Gold is not responsible for any item left unclaimed for more than 90 days. Unclaimed items may be considered abandoned and handled at our discretion.
