Watch Repair Policy

Watch overhauls and movement replacements performed by Reliable Gold are guaranteed for one (1) year from the date of service.

Warranty Exclusions

This guarantee does not cover:

• Impact or shock damage

• Water or moisture damage

• Signs of tampering or misuse

• Normal wear and tear

Important Note on Water Resistance:
Reliable Gold is not responsible for water resistance or fluid damage following a battery replacement unless a water resistance test is performed at the time of service. Water resistance is not guaranteed without testing.

Battery life is not guaranteed, as it may vary based on watch type, usage, and condition of internal components.
